About Melissa Suits
Melissa has been riding since the age of seven and has been teaching and training for 30 years. She is a freelance instructor and would be happy to come to your farm.
Melissa is an FEI level rider and trainer that has earned her USDF bronze and silver medals, holds a BS in Equine Science from Centenary University, and continues to keep up with her equine education.
She has had the opportunity to train with experts in dressage, including Lisa Pierson, Tom Noone, Kathy Rowse, and Jennifer Baumert.
Melissa has taught at several farms in the Capital District, NY and is willing to help you in your dressage adventure, whether it be for pleasure or competition. She believes in teaching a balanced position to help the horse become a better athlete.
