What Students are Saying...
Mel is a very talented teacher, trainer, and rider! Under her instruction, both my daughter and I have progressed tremendously in our riding. Moreover, she is a very kind and patient teacher. I have always felt that she strikes a very appropriate balance between progress and safety, along with the well-being of our horses.

I have been riding with Mel for several years in a regular, weekly lesson program. Not only does she have a keen eye for the rider, she is also tuned in to everything going on with the horse. I leave the ring after each lesson feeling like she gave me and my horse 100%. I have learned a great deal from her and would not be the rider I am today without her highly skilled and patient teaching.
